At the end of this 2 hour class, you will take approximately take an 8oz wheel of Brie home to take care of - it will be ready to enjoyin 3-4 short weeks!
In this 2 hour class you can, also, enjoy a glass of incredible Grand Island Vineyards wine, while sampling regular Brie, Mushroom Brie, Spicy Brie, and Truffle Brie.
